A workflow for X / Twitter

X publishing requires an active Pro plan. Check availability before upgrading: provider approval and Castudio’s pilot capacity are separate conditions.

  1. 01

    Check access and your plan

Review current availability and the X allowance in your workspace before choosing Pro or connecting X.

  2. 02

    Prepare one text post

Write your update without attachments. Each X post is scheduled individually.

  3. 03

    Review your allowance

Check the remaining allowance and the composer timezone, then choose a time. Review the publishing result in your workspace.

Know the limits before you start

  • Text only. Image and video attachments are not supported.
  • Pro includes 25 X publishing attempts per UTC calendar month across the plan owner’s workspaces.
  • Failed or uncertain publishing attempts can count toward the allowance. Automatic retries and repeat scheduling are not supported.
  • The pilot also has a service-wide cap of 40 attempts. Publishing can pause even if your individual allowance remains.

Review Pro before connecting X

Compare the workspace features and X-specific limits before choosing a plan. The general scheduling allowance does not replace the X pilot limits.

Before you connect

Is X publishing included on Free or Starter?

No. X publishing requires an active Pro plan and remaining allowance. Creating a free workspace does not enable X publishing.

Does unlimited scheduling mean unlimited X posts?

No. X has its own 25-attempt monthly allowance and the separate pilot capacity limit described above.

What if a publishing attempt is uncertain?

Check your X profile before creating another post. Castudio blocks automatic resending to avoid duplicate posts and additional attempts.
