By using Castudio, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
